More About The Program
The Well-Being Toolkit Class is an 8-week interactive, live online program with practical, evidence-based tools blending modern psychology, mindfulness, and mind-body science—designed for real life, not just the classroom.
Across eight weeks, you’ll learn how to work with the mental habits that fuel stress, anxiety, and overwhelm—and replace them with habits that support clarity, steadiness, gratitude, and a deeper sense of well-being.
Each week introduces a new, easy-to-use tool that helps you shift from “surviving mode” to “thriving mode.”
You’ll also become part of a supportive community of people who want to grow, not just cope—and you’ll receive ongoing monthly support over an additional two months to help you make these practices stick, as well as an option for a private 1:1 coaching session at 50% cost to personalize what you’ve learned.
